The location was mind-blowing, just a jaw-dropping 5-minute walk to everything! The super comfy beds were a relief after a day of exploring, and the owner’s dedication to fixing any issue, even in the rain, was impressive. The modern decor, quality build, and spotlessly clean property exceeded expectations. With free parking and excellent communication, we can't wait to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and spotless. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even coming out in the rain to fix a minor problem.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding a wider variety of options.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to all the major attractions in the area. the property itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for our family of four. the dedicated parking space right outside the front of the property was a definite plus, as parking can be expensive in the area.
One major drawback was the lack of written information on-site, particularly regarding how to operate the heating and cooker. We also experienced a lack of response to our email regarding missing items that should have been provided.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this great central location. It was only a 5-minute walk into the centre, and the property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. the dedicated parking space outside the front of the property was a welcome plus, as parking in the area can be expensive. Communication with YorGuest via email was straightforward and the instructions were clear. I look forward to visiting again. Cons: All was good👍.

Stayed recently at a hotel in York. Loved the central location and the free parking - saved me from the nightmare of finding a spot. The free WiFi was a bonus too!
Oh, and the best part was the ridiculously small bottles of shampoo. Who needs big bottles when you can use a thimble-sized one?

We had a lovely stay at this centrally located property in York. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions, making it convenient for our family. the house was clean and spacious, providing enough room for us and our two small children. the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and facilities, which made preparing meals easy. We also appreciated the dedicated parking space, as parking in the city can be expensive. the communication with the staff was straightforward and helpful.
The lack of curtains in the bedrooms let in a lot of light from the street, making it difficult to sleep at times.

The location of Corner Lodge Bishophill York - Free Parking was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. The house itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The owner even went above and beyond to fix a minor issue, braving the rain to ensure our stay was pleasant.
Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as small quantities of toiletries and running out of toilet paper, these did not greatly impact our overall experience. The major downside was the inability to completely shut the Venetian blinds in the windows, resulting in early morning wake-ups due to sunlight.
